Media advisory - Government of Canada at the forefront of international research initiative on climate change adaptation and mitigation Français
OTTAWA, ON, May 31, 2024 /CNW/ - The Honourable Marie-Claude Bibeau, Minister of National Revenue on behalf of the Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry and the Honourable Mark Holland, Minister of Health, will announce the results of two New Frontiers in Research Fund (NFRF) competitions: the 2023 International Joint Initiative for Research in Climate Change Adaptation and Mitigation and the 2023 Exploration competition.
Minister Bibeau will be joined by Valérie Laflamme, Associate Vice-President, Tri-agency Institutional Programs Secretariat and the Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council.
The announcement will end with a discussion with two recipients on their research projects.
