Media Advisory - Government of Canada to announce major investment supporting thousands of researchers in science and engineering

OTTAWA, ON, June 22, 2022 /CNW/ -The Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry, will announce new funding for discovery research to increase the impact of science, technology and innovation in Canada.

Before the announcement, the Minister will tour the lab of Professor Pierre Berini, Distinguished Professor of Electrical Engineering and of Physics, University of Ottawa.

The Minister will be available to media following the announcement.
