Media Advisory - Government of Canada to announce new grants to support Indigenous research capacity and advance reconciliation Français
SASKATOON, Jan. 10, 2019 /CNW/ - The Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science and Sport, will announce the recipients of a special call for Connection Grants supporting Indigenous research that is interdisciplinary, transformative, and contributes to reconciliation.
The new Connection Grants will help build Indigenous research capacity and knowledge sharing.
The Minister will be joined by grant recipients, including Indigenous leaders and other research community stakeholders.
