TROIS-RIVIÈRES, QC, Oct. 7, 2020 /CNW/ - The Minister of Transport, the Honourable Marc Garneau, and the Minister of Foreign Affairs, the Honourable François-Philippe Champagne, will make an important announcement regarding a major investment to ensure the efficient movement of goods to international markets.
Ministers Garneau and Champagne will be available to answer questions from the media following the announcement.
