MEDIA ADVISORY - Government of Canada to make two significant announcements, related to Pickering Lands and to Rouge National Urban Park

PICKERING, ON, Jan. 27, 2025 /CNW/ - Today, the Honourable Anita Anand, Minister of Transport and Internal Trade, the Honourable Gary Anandasangaree, Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Environment and Climate Change and Minister responsible for Parks Canada, the Honourable Mark Holland, Minister of Health, and Jennifer O'Connell, Member of Parliament for Pickering-Uxbridge, will make two significant announcements on behalf of the Government of Canada.

The first event regarding the future of Pickering Lands and Rouge National Urban Park will take place at 12:30.

The second event regarding a new Visitor Centre at Rouge National Urban Park will take place at 3:00.
