Governments of Canada and Ontario will announce significant funding for Ontario's Francophone students
SUDBURY, ON, Oct. 13, 2022 /CNW/ - Marc Serré, Parliamentary Secretary to the Minister for Official Languages, will take part in a press conference on Friday on behalf of the Honourable Ginette Petitpas Taylor, Minister for Official Languages and Minister responsible for the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency. He will be joined by Viviane Lapointe, Member of Parliament for Sudbury.
They will announce joint funding from the governments of Canada and Ontario for Collège Boréal, to prepare young Ontario Francophone students for their future and bolster the vitality of official-language minority communities throughout the province.
