Media Advisory - Governor General to join Winter Celebration at Rideau Hall

OTTAWA, ON, Jan. 31, 2025 /CNW/ - Members of the media are invited to Rideau Hall to cover this year's public Winter Celebration.

As part of this frosty fun-filled afternoon of family activities, Her Excellency the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, will conduct a walkabout on the Rideau Hall grounds between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. to meet visitors and take in the outdoor activities and performances.

Time:	from 12:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Location:	Rideau Hall Grounds

Notes for media:

• The Governor General will conduct a walkabout between 1:30 p.m. and 2:30 p.m.
