OTTAWA, ON, June 30, 2022 /CNW/ - Their Excellencies the Right Honourable Mary Simon, Governor General of Canada, and Mr. Whit Fraser will participate in the Canada Day daytime ceremony on LeBreton Flats, in Ottawa.
Their Excellencies will begin the day by participating in an Indigenous Reflection ceremony, which will include a blessing and a water ceremony. Next, the Governor General will inspect a guard of honour and deliver remarks at the daytime ceremony.
