VERDUN, QC, Oct. 1, 2013 /CNW/ - The Honourable Denis Lebel, Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs, and Minister of the Economic Development Agency for the Regions of Quebec will mark the groundbreaking for the île des Soeurs temporary causeway-bridge and provide an update on the new bridge for the St. Lawrence project.

Directions:
From downtown Montreal, take the Bonaventure Expressway toward the Champlain Bridge, then take exit 5 off Bonaventure Expressway toward île des Soeurs. Immediately on your right will be the entrance to the construction site of the new île des Soeurs causeway. Access the construction site this way to head to the location of the event.
From the South Shore, take the Champlain Bridge toward Montreal, then take exit 57 to île des Soeurs. Take the first Alexander Graham Bell roundabout and head toward Pointe Sud (toward Île-des-Sœurs Blvd.), going under the Bonaventure Expressway. Right after having gone under the Bonaventure Expressway overpass, the entrance to the construction site will be on your right. Access the construction site this way to head to the location of the event.
From the north of the island, take A15 toward the Champlain Bridge, then exit 57-N for Pointe-Nord of Nuns' Island. Continue straight on the Pointe-Nord road, go under the Bonaventure Expressway overpass, then take the Alexander Graham Bell roundabout, head back toward Pointe-Sud (toward Île-des-Sœurs Blvd.), go under the Bonaventure Expressway overpass again and the entrance to the construction site will be on your right. Access the construction site this way to head to the location of the event.
