9:00 a.m.	The Prime Minister will tour the Manitoba Institute of Trades and Technology, and make a skills and training announcement to highlight Budget 2019's Canada Training Benefit. A media availability will follow. Minister of International Trade Diversification Jim Carr will be in attendance.
