Media Advisory - Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science and Sport, to announce investments in science outreach and launch Science Odyssey

OTTAWA, May 1, 2019 /CNW/ - The Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science and Sport, will announce funding to support science outreach to young Canadians across the country and celebrate the dedication of science outreach leaders.

Minister Duncan will also launch Science Odyssey, a 16-day national celebration of science, technology, engineering, arts and mathematics, and tour an exhibit of science demonstrations by students.

Media are asked to arrive at least 15 minutes early to sign in at the reception desk.
