MONTRÉAL, Jan. 17, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - Parc Jean-Drapeau will kick off the 36th edition of the Fête des neiges de Montréal this Saturday, January 19th. For the occasion, media representatives are invited to meet Boule de neige and the whole family of the Festival during a short inauguration ceremony. This will be the perfect time to capture images of the event and take part in activities.
As soon as the doors open at 10 a.m., Boule de neige and its friends will gather at the bottom of the new Frosty Slides to meet and interact with the media. The ice sculptor Nicolas Godon, who produces the Ice Boat, the Frosty Slides and who offers performances throughout the event, will also be present to give interviews.
At 10:30, the entire team will officially launch the festivities and gather for a photo-op.
