The three keynote speakers of the Certified Management Accountants (CMA) Ontario Strategic Management Accounting Conference, in Toronto on June 16-18, will be addressing the importance of these qualities:

- Clara Hughes, renowned Olympic athlete
More than 400 management accounting professionals and business leaders from around the province will hear Sinek, Worzel and Hughes discuss how to harness leadership, motivation and perseverance in order to fuel an organization's success in the recovering economy.
Simon Sinek, leadership expert and author of Start with Why: How Great Leaders Inspire Everyone to Take Action, will open the conference Thursday morning. Studying the leaders and companies that make the greatest impact in the world and achieve lasting success, he discovered the formula that explains how they do it. His powerful insights have hit the mark with leaders worldwide.
Richard Worzel leading forecaster and futurist, will speak on Friday morning. He will discuss how changes in politics, technology, leadership, demographics and economics are altering the face and pace of business. Richard equips organizations with the ability to understand the changes to be faced in the years ahead, and the tools to leverage those changes. A Chartered Financial Analyst, he is also a best-selling author and frequent media commentator on business and economic trends.
Clara Hughes, one of Canada's most famous and most decorated Olympians of all time will close the conference on Friday. Hughes is the only athlete who has won multiple medals at both Winter and Summer Olympic Games. She served as Canada's opening ceremony flag-bearer at the Vancouver Olympics in February before going on to earn her sixth career Olympic medal. Hughes was just recently inducted to Canada's Walk of Fame
The annual conference, hosted by CMA Ontario, helps Ontario's strategic management accounting professionals hone their skills, network and learn business-changing concepts and ideas to help their organizations thrive in the new economy.
