MEDIA ADVISORY - Minister Anandasangaree joining the Chiefs of the Anishinabe Algonquin Nation for a signing ceremony to develop a dedicated Algonquin space within the Parliamentary precinct in Ottawa

OTTAWA, ON, June 4, 2024 /CNW/ - Please be advised that the Honourable Gary Anandasangaree, Minister of Crown-Indigenous Relations, and the Chiefs of the Anishinabe Algonquin Nation will sign an agreement to develop a dedicated Algonquin space within the Parliamentary Precinct in Ottawa.

The media are invited to attend the signing at 119 Sparks Street at approximately 4:45 p.m. (ET). Media will be able to begin setup starting at 4:00 p.m. (ET). Minister Anandasangaree and representatives of the Anishinabe Algonquin Nation will be available to answer questions.
