OSHAWA, ON, Feb. 8, 2019 /CNW/ - Canada's greatest potential can only be realized when all people are welcomed into the lab, the classroom and the field. The Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science and Sport, will announce new measures to increase equity, diversity and inclusion in Oshawa, Ontario. The Minister will also take this opportunity to celebrate the International Day of Women and Girls in Science. Minister Duncan will be joined by the Honourable Maryam Monsef, Minister for Women and Gender Equality, and Celina Caesar-Chavannes, Member of Parliament for Whitby.
