Media Advisory - Minister Duncan to take part in hands-on activities with students from Ottawa and Douglas, Ontario, for Science Literacy Week Français
OTTAWA, Sept. 18, 2018 /CNW/ - The Honourable Kirsty Duncan, Minister of Science and Sport, will visit with students from Lisgar Collegiate Institute and Opeongo High School today in Ottawa to participate in hands-on science activities. This event is organized by Let's Talk Science to celebrate Science Literacy Week.
The Minister will speak with students and take part in a simulation of the Lisgar Collegiate Institute Space Simulation Club spacecraft, a tour of its planetarium and a hovercraft demo.
