Media Advisory - Minister Fortier to Take Part in the Launch of Programming for Winterlude 2020 Français

OTTAWA, Dec. 10, 2019 /CNW/ - The Honourable Mona Fortier, Minister of Middle Class Prosperity, Associate Minister of Finance and Member of Parliament (Ottawa–Vanier), on behalf of the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Canadian Heritage, will provide remarks at the launch of the Winterlude 2020 programming on Wednesday. The press conference will highlight Winterlude's official destinations and themes—including some Winterlude favourites—as well as an urban, cultural and culinary focus. The event will also feature an intimate musical performance by Virginia to Vegas.
The 42nd edition of Winterlude will take place on the weekends from January 31 to February 17, 2020 in Ottawa–Gatineau. All destinations will remain open on Monday, February 17, Family Day in Ontario.
