OTTAWA, May 1, 2019 /CNW/ - The Honourable Ralph Goodale, Minister of Public Safety and Emergency Preparedness, will visit several communities in Eastern Ontario impacted by ongoing flooding, to survey flood recovery efforts, and meet with local first responders and volunteers. The Minister will be joined by his Worship Jim Watson, Mayor of the City of Ottawa, and local Member of Parliament Francis Drouin.
Media are invited to join Minister Goodale, Mayor Watson, and MP Drouin after the tours for questions.
