Media Advisory - Minister Guilbeault to Highlight Support for Canada's Live Music Sector and Artists Français
As live music shows are safely resuming, the Government of Canada supports one of the sectors hit hardest by the COVID-19 pandemic
MONTRÉAL, Aug. 5, 2021 /CNW/ - The Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Canadian Heritage, will highlight funding on Friday for Canada's live music sector and artists, as the country moves safely toward reopening in-person cultural activities.
This event will be held in person. As space is limited, journalists who wish to attend this press conference must confirm their presence by emailing [email protected] by 7 a.m. on Friday, August 6, 2021.
Individuals attending the press conference in person must not have symptoms similar to COVID-19 or have been in contact with someone who has been diagnosed with the disease in the last 14 days. Face coverings must be worn.
