OTTAWA, April 21, 2020 /CNW/ - The Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Canadian Heritage, will participate in the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization's first virtual Ministers of Culture meeting, this Wednesday. Participating Ministers will discuss the worldwide impact of and response to the COVID-19 pandemic within the cultural sector.
