The Honorable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Tourism, Official Languages and La Francophonie, will be in Sherbrooke on April 15 for the third in a series of cross-Canada forums as part of the review to modernize the Official Languages Act
SHERBROOKE, QC, April 12, 2019 /CNW/ - The Honorable Mélanie Joly, Minister of Tourism, Official Languages and La Francophonie, will take part in the third of a series of cross-Canada forums on various themes related to the Official Languages Act on Monday.
The forum in Sherbrooke will focus on official languages and Canada's place in the world. These discussions with community stakeholders will help Minister Joly identify key issues and actions to prioritize as part of the review to modernize the Official Languages Act.
Minister Joly invites all Canadians to watch the forums live online.
