Media advisory - Minister Mona Fortier to announce funding for community-based climate action initiatives across Canada

OTTAWA, ON, June 3, 2021 /CNW/ - Members of the media are invited to attend a virtual announcement with the Honourable Mona Fortier, Minister of Middle Class Prosperity and Associate Minister of Finance, on behalf of the Honourable Jonathan Wilkinson, Minister of Environment and Climate Change. To mark World Environment Day, Minister Fortier will be joined by Marci Ien, Member of Parliament for Toronto Centre, and will announce new community-based climate action initiatives across Canada.
