Media Advisory - Minister St-Onge to announce reform for a safe and accountable sport system

The Government of Canada is taking action to improve the governance of sport organizations, enhance safe sport practices and prioritize athletes' voices.

OTTAWA, ON, May 10, 2023 /CNW/ - The Honourable Pascale St-Onge, Minister of Sport and Minister responsible for the Economic Development Agency of Canada for the Regions of Quebec, will announce new measures on Thursday to improve accountability and encourage sustainable culture change in sport. 

She will be available for media questions following the announcement.
