Media Advisory: Minister to Announce Investments in Academic-Led R&D

ST.JOHN'S, NL, Sept. 27, 2013 /CNW/ - The Honourable Keith Hutchings, Minister Responsible for the Research & Development Corporation (RDC), will announce funding for academic-led research and development in Newfoundland and Labrador on Monday, September 30 at 10:00 a.m.

Minister Hutchings will be joined by Dr. Gary Kachanoski, President and Vice-Chancellor of Memorial University, as well as Glenn Janes, Chief Executive Officer, Research & Development Corporation.

The announcement will be held at the Bruneau Centre for Research and Innovation at Memorial University in St. John's.
