Media Advisory - Name for the Ottawa Public Library - Library and Archives Canada Joint Facility to be revealed Français
OTTAWA, ON, Aug. 4, 2021 /CNW Telbec/ - Please join Elders and members of Kitigan-Zibi Anishinābeg and the Algonquins of Pikwakanagan First Nation, along with Mayor Jim Watson, the Honourable Steven Guilbeault, Minister of Canadian Heritage, the Honourable Catherine McKenna, Minister of Infrastructure and Communities and MP for Ottawa Centre, and Councillor Matthew Luloff, Chair of the Ottawa Public Library Board, for the reveal of the new name of the Ottawa Public Library - Library and Archives Canada Joint Facility.
At this event, Elders and members of the Host Nation will share the story of the name and why it resonates for the facility. A media availability will follow the event.
