TORONTO, May 16, 2019 /CNW/ - Canada will add 28 new citizens to its roster at a special citizenship ceremony at BMO Field hosted by Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada and Canada Soccer. After meeting their goal of citizenship, they will be welcomed by members of Canada Soccer's Women's National Team pitch-side before team practice.
To add to the celebration, the new citizens, along with family and friends, will be invited back to BMO Field the next day to cheer on Canada as they take on Mexico in a friendly match before departing for the FIFA Women's World Cup France 2019™.
