On April 29, 2020 the Ontario Energy Association (OEA) will present findings of a new policy paper on the province's electricity system. This paper will provide useful information to consider as the province tackles the challenges of COVID-19.
TORONTO, April 28, 2020 /CNW/ - Tomorrow, Ontario Energy Association (OEA) President Vince Brescia will present findings of a new policy paper on the province's electricity system, rates and subsidies via webinar. With governments tackling the impacts of the global COVID-19 pandemic, the paper will provide useful information for Ontarians and policymakers alike to consider as the province begins to turn its mind to re-opening the economy.
The policy paper was developed in partnership with Kevin Page, the former Parliamentary Budget Officer and current President and CEO of the Institute for Fiscal Studies and Democracy (IFSD). More information on the OEA's work can be found at: https://energyontario.ca/
