Media Advisory/ Photo & Interview Opportunities - OPP to host International Conference for Police and Law Enforcement Executives in Toronto Français
ORILLIA, ON, May 23, 2013 /CNW/ - The Ontario Provincial Police (OPP) is hosting the annual "International Conference for Police & Law Enforcement Executives" in Toronto, from May 26 to 28, 2013.
This year's conference theme is: "The New Reality: Can We Deliver?" Police agencies in all jurisdictions are increasingly scrutinized and continue to work on ways to improve value while finding more efficient means to deliver professional services. A distinguished international group of speakers composed of police executives from around the world will gather to share experiences and candidly discuss these and other topics.
Media are invited to join OPP Commissioner Chris Lewis, and key executives from major Canadian Police Services and other law enforcement agencies from around the world for the conference opening ceremonies.
The OPP will try to arrange interview requests for journalists with conference speakers or delegates following the opening ceremonies on Monday May 27 and throughout the conference. Make a request through the contact below. Regular conference sessions are closed to the media.
