RICHMOND HILL and VAUGHAN, ON, May 26, 2016 /CNW/ - Everyone has story; every day at hospitals around the world, patients are faced with healthcare challenges from illnesses and injuries that change their lives forever.
Join us on Monday, May 30, 2016, when Mackenzie Health hosts its inaugural Celebrating Patients: Your Stories Inspire Us event. Come learn about some of the moving and courageous patient stories at Mackenzie Health.
Patients will include someone who requires nightly dialysis, a young man who experienced a potentially devastating stroke, a woman with cancer and an optimistic outlook, and a young mother who prematurely gave birth when she experienced an unexpected difficulty in her pregnancy. Each will inspire you with their strength to overcome or best manage their situation.
