Media Advisory: Premiers Meet with National Aboriginal Organization Leaders in Happy Valley-Goose Bay Français
ST. JOHN'S, June 2, 2015 /CNW/ - The Honourable Paul Davis, Premier of Newfoundland and Labrador, will host Canada's 13 provincial and territorial premiers and National Aboriginal Organization Leaders (NAO) in Happy Valley-Goose Bay on July 15.
Accredited media representatives who wish to cover the meeting between Premiers and NAOs are asked to register by calling Vanessa Colman-Sadd at 709-729-1495 by July 14. Individuals will be screened to ensure they are official media representatives. A government issued ID (driver's licence, passport, etc.) will be required to gain entry to the scrum area.
A block of rooms has been reserved at the Hotel North I. Accredited media participants are invited to make reservations directly at the Hotel North I by dialing 1-877-996-8301 and are asked to identify that they are part of the booking under "Labrador and Aboriginal Affairs" ($150/night). Delegates are responsible for the cost of their accommodations. The deadline for reservations is June 11, 2015.
