10:00 a.m.	The Prime Minister will make an announcement with Minister of Innovation, Science and Industry Navdeep Bains, Minister for Women and Gender Equality and Rural Economic Development Maryam Monsef, Minister of Infrastructure and Communities Catherine McKenna, and Leader of the Government in the House of Commons Pablo Rodriguez.
