Media Advisory - Prostitution Survivors and Their Allies Defend the PCEPA Before the Supreme Court

OTTAWA, ON, Nov. 12, 2024 /CNW/ - Journalists are invited to attend a media scrum before the Supreme Court of Canada, as part of a gathering organized by survivors of sexual exploitation, representatives of the Concertation des luttes contre l'exploitation sexuelle (CLES) and the Women's Equality Coalition. This event supports the Protection of Communities and Exploited Persons Act (PCEPA), which is being challenged constitutionally by two individuals (Kloubakov and Moustaine) convicted of procuring.
