Media Advisory: PSAC adds two picket locations in Vancouver
VANCOUVER, BC, April 24, 2023 /CNW/ - Members of the Public Service Alliance of Canada are ramping up the pressure on the government by adding two picket locations in Metro Vancouver.
Where: 3333 New Brighton Rd. Vancouver - Viterra Cascadia Terminal
When: April 24, beginning 7:00AM
PSAC regional executive vice president Jamey Mills will be available for media interviews at this location starting at 7:30AM.
Where: 5064 48 Avenue, Delta - Cabinet Minister Carla Qualtrough's office
When: April 24, 10AM – 2PM
What: This will be a respectful protest outside Minister Qualtrough's constituency office.

PSAC's bargaining teams have made some progress at the table over the weekend, but it is clear the government is not prepared to negotiate in a meaningful way.
Thousands of PSAC members in British Columbia have been on strike since April 19, fighting for fair wages, good working conditions and inclusive workplaces.
