Media Advisory— Public Sector HR 2013: Transforming HR for a Changing Workplace
OTTAWA, Feb. 19, 2013 /CNW/ - The public service's workforce is aging rapidly and many civil servants are discouraged by cuts, a hiring freeze and low public perception. Human resource managers will need to find ways in which to keep current employees motivated while attracting new talent.
At the Public Sector HR 2013 event, hosted by The Conference Board of Canada, HR managers will hear from experts who have used different strategies, including social media, to attract, retain and maintain top talent.
