What: Richmond Hill Deputy Mayor, Vito Spatafora, along with Babyfoot Development will host a ribbon cutting ceremony and tour of the Next Generation Living model home. This new line of houses require 90% less heating and 60% less cooling energy than a standard home and will appeal to the health conscious consumer.
The construction of Babyfoot Development's Next Generation Living home demonstrates how standard construction methods and materials can be used to build a healthy 3,000 square foot home and eliminate the need for active heating and cooling systems in many geographical regions.
