WINNIPEG, MB, July 29, 2022 /CNW/ - In partnership with the Manitoba Métis Federation, the Royal Canadian Mint is unveiling a new silver collector coin celebrating the history of the Red River Métis. This coin features Métis beadwork and Michif, the official language of the Métis Nation. The event will take place at the Royal Canadian Mint's Winnipeg facility on August 2, 2022.
