VICTORIA, BC, Aug. 15, 2023 /CNW/ - The Salvation Army's Community and Family Services in Greater Victoria will be providing hundreds of children with school supplies to help them prepare for the upcoming school year.
High Point Community Church in Victoria West, Connection Point Church & Resource Centre in Langford and Victoria Citadel & Next Steps Resource Centre in Saanich will provide school supplies for a combined 500 students across the Capital Regional District.
The Next Steps Resource Centre will be preparing over 300 of these packs of school supplies which include a grocery gift card to help purchase snacks for students on Tuesday, August 15 from 10:00am to 5:00pm at 4030 Douglas Street. These packages will be distributed to families on Thursday, August 17.
