HALDIMAND COUNTY, ON, Nov. 6, 2013 /CNW/ - On Thursday, Samsung Renewable Energy, Inc. (Samsung) and Pattern Energy Group LP (Pattern Development) will announce another major step in creating clean energy and thousands of local jobs in Ontario.
What: | Media are invited to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for Grand Renewable Energy Park (GREP) Wind project in Haldimand County. This 150 megawatt wind energy project is part of Samsung's Green Energy Investment Agreement (GEIA) with the Government of Ontario. |
The partners will also announce significant community funding, as well as support for Royal Canadian Air Force war veterans and local elementary school students. | |
