TORONTO, March 13, 2019 /CNW/ - The future of work may be uncertain, but students at Centennial College's Story Arts Centre want to taco 'bout it at a special dinner to be held on March 18 in collaboration with CivicAction.
The dinner will take place at Centennial's Story Arts Centre in East York as part of CivicDish, a campaign that's encouraging greater Toronto region residents to host meaningful mealtime, snack-time or coffee-time discussions on issues affecting our communities and quality of life. Key insights and ideas from these conversations will directly inform CivicAction's next four-year action plan for positive change.
During the dinner, students, faculty and community members will also respond to new survey results being released that day on how millennials feel about artificial intelligence (AI), automation, the future of work and rapidly changing skill sets. The survey was conducted on behalf of Centennial College students working with CivicAction as part of a Storyworks course that has public relations students conferring with real clients.
