A stark picture has emerged of profound health impacts of COVID-19, growing harassment, stress and trauma on Canada's journalists and media workers, affecting the quality of this country's journalism and its vital role in our democracy. |
Join Matthew Pearson (Carleton University) and Dave Seglins (CBC journalist and mental health advocate) for the release of a first of its kind report and findings from a national online survey of +1,200 media workers in Canada. |

Co-researchers will formally present data and recommendations for urgent action to protect the health and safety of workers in the Canadian news industry. |
