Media Advisory - The 80th Anniversary of the Liberation of the Netherlands and the End of the Second World War in Europe: Media Accreditation for Events in the Netherlands Français
OTTAWA, ON, April 2, 2025 /CNW/ - An official Government of Canada delegation will participate in a series of events to commemorate the Liberation of the Netherlands and the 80th anniversary of the end of the Second World War in Europe. The delegation will include Second World War Veterans, including some who participated in the Liberation of the Netherlands, representatives from Veterans organizations, and Veterans Affairs Canada officials. A contingent of the Canadian Armed Forces, including units involved in the Liberation of the Netherlands, will also participate in ceremonies and events.
