The CML Village BIA Project Committee in collaboration with the City of Toronto will launch a new Business Improvement Area (BIA) in the Cedarbrae, Markham Road, Lawrence Avenue and Painted Post area at a festive Winter ZOO event.

Residents and businesses alike are invited to attend and participate.
Officials from the City of Toronto and the Province are expected to attend.

WHY
The CML Village BIA aims to empower local businesses, foster community engagement, and promote economic development. By joining forces, businesses within the CML Village BIA area will benefit from collaborative marketing, community events, improved public spaces, and enhanced safety measures. The establishment of the BIA marks the latest addition to the growing network of over 80 BIA's throughout the Greater Toronto Area, which collectively contribute to the revitalization and economic growth of neighborhoods.
