Media Advisory - Unifor available to comment on Dominion store strike
ST. JOHN'S, NL, Aug. 22, 2020 /CNW/ - Unifor Local 597 President Carolyn Wrice will be available to speak to media about the Dominion strike on Sunday August 23, 2020 at 10:30 a.m. NDT at the Mount Pearl store.
More than 1,400 Dominion members began strike action at 11 Dominion locations across Newfoundland at 10:01 p.m. on August 22, 2020 after the workers overwhelmingly voted to turn down the contract offered by Dominion parent company Loblaw Companies Limited.
