MONTRÉAL, June 3, 2019 /CNW Telbec/ - The first edition of Impulsion MTL, the international fleet management forum, will be held on June 3 and 4, at the Montréal Science Centre. This event is presented by Propulsion Québec, the cluster for smart and electric transportation, in collaboration with the cities of Montreal and New York, and LAPV, which is organizing a similar event in London.
More than 300 professionals and industry experts and several innovative companies will gather to meet a common goal: modernizing fleets through innovative smart and electric transportation technologies and solutions. Speakers from a dozen major North American cities including New York, Vancouver, Los Angeles, Edmonton and Calgary will present their strategies for overcoming the main challenges in the sector.
This major event starts at 9 a.m. on June 3, right after the Lion Electric Company and Boivin Évolution unveil the world's first-ever 100% electric fully automated collection body. The truck will be revealed at 8 :30 a.m. on the Promenade.

EV100 Cocktail: Quebec Business Commit to the Transition to Electric Vehicles
The first day of the Forum will wrap up with the EV100 Cocktail. During the event, Quebec's leading electric transportation businesses will publicly commit to the transition towards electric vehicles. EV100 is a global initiative run by The Climate Group NGO.
