TORONTO, May 30, 2022 /CNW/ -
We are in the last days of a crucial election campaign for the future of Ontarians and our planet. We have just three years to begin a steep decrease in global greenhouse gas emissions, and Ontario must do its part.
On Tuesday May 31st, at 11am at Queen's Park North, young GTA-based artists and climate advocates will be making a bold statement about their desire for climate action, illustrated through tremendous works of art. The art illustrates a vision of our world with and without implementing specific points from the 12 Point Climate Action Plan, written by the Ontario Climate Emergency Campaign (OCEC), which includes signatory groups representing over 750,000 Ontarians. The young artists are the latest contingent to sign on. Youth created this short video during their art jam. OCEC has released a new short video: 12 Points to Move us Forward
WHEN: Tuesday, May 31st at 11am
