MEDIA ADVISORY/PHOTO OP - Ontario Science Centre talks Climate Change with David Phillips as part of International Science Center & Science Museum Day on November 10
TORONTO, Nov. 8, 2016 /CNW/ - More and more people are asking: What's happening to our weather? It's almost as if extreme weather has become the new norm. A majority of experts suggest that we are witnessing run-away climate change and that extreme weather may be the most telling and significant proof of an overheated, out-of-control planet. On the other hand, maybe we are simply going through some rough times and bad weather luck. Decide for yourself as the Ontario Science Centre discusses climate change with David Phillips, Senior Climatologist, Environment and Climate Change Canada. Phillips' presentation titled: "Climate Change Changes the Weather," begins at 12:00 p.m. in the Hot Zone in the Weston Family Innovation Centre, all part of International Science Center and Science Museum Day on Thursday, November 10, 2016.
