TORONTO, Aug. 19, 2013 /CNW/ - Apotex Inc., the largest Canadian-owned pharmaceutical company, driven to work for the sustainability of the healthcare system, will officially announce a generous multi-million dollar investment in support of the Humber River Hospital Foundation's Capital Campaign. The announcement will take place at the construction site of the hospital's new facility - North America's first fully digital hospital. The gift from Apotex will be recognized with the naming of a major hospital program area in Apotex's honour. Among the dignitaries participating will be the Hon. Deb Matthews, Ontario's Minister of Health and Long-Term Care.
