Media Advisory/Photo Opportunity - Canada Health Infoway to Recognize Leaders in Digital Health use at The Ottawa Hospital

OTTAWA, Sept. 12, 2014 /CNW/ - Mr. Royal Galipeau, MP, Ottawa-Orleans, will participate in an award ceremony to recognize health innovation leaders in Canada. He will then present a national award to The Ottawa Hospital, The Department of Health Nova Scotia and Prince Edward Island Department of Health and Social Services to recognize their accomplishments for accelerating growth in the use of digital health tools.

Mr. Galipeau will be joined by Dr. Jack Kitts, President and CEO, The Ottawa Hospital, Dr. Peter Vaughan, Deputy Minister of Health and Wellness, Nova Scotia, and Michael Green, President and CEO, Canada Health Infoway.
