social space for Toronto youth with Autism
TORONTO, June 10 /CNW/ - RBC senior executives and staff will celebrate their 14th year of supporting Geneva Centre for Autism's Annual Family Picnic by announcing a major donation at this year's event on Wednesday, June 16, 2010. Hundreds of families and children served by the Centre eagerly await this annual outing. The Geneva Centre for Autism picnic provides a rare opportunity for families of children with autism to have a fun outing with friends and family in a carefree, welcoming environment.
This new RBC gift will facilitate the renovation of a brand new social and life skills training space for youth with autism in Toronto. It will also reassure parents that their children will have a place to go to for socializing, learning and training as they get older.
