Media Alert - More Than 120 Torontonians to Take Part in Brainfreeze: A Polar Bear Dip for Youth Mental Health
TORONTO, Nov. 30, 2018 /CNW/ - More than 120 Torontonians will brave the elements this Saturday, when they participate in Brainfreeze – a polar bear dip for youth mental health at Cherry Beach. In its second year, Brainfreeze raises funds and awareness for Jack.org, the only Canadian charity training and empowering a network of young leaders who are revolutionizing mental health. So far, 121 participants in Toronto have raised more than $32,000 for youth mental health.
